History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
