Description: He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is physically well-built. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, blue shirt, and brown tie. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His head has been shaved. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Hunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes, marred by chocolates. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a great chef.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure
