Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
