Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raymond embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is auburn and curly. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has achieved small success as a Spy.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his white hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and human compassion

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by beers. His hair is short and blonde. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
