History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Guy alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
