He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Richard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
