Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Herbalist and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and money/treasure

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This dark-skinned male is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
