History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
