History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: Bernard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Robert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Robert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Priest for hire.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
