History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

History: Roland was born the youngest of three triplets. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
