Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. The war was a terrible time for him, and Simon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the north to a Healer, Gunter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a fancy violet suit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ralf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
