Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears baggy tan pantaloons and a blue scarf. He has white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.
History: Born to a Brewer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Brewer again; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He carries a battered morningstar and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. William was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Painter. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Gunter was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
