Description: He is wearing a long, grey cloak. He carries a battered lance and tarnished falchion as well. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He wears a brown costume with the symbols of strength on his torso, and he perpetually has his lance ready. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His golden hair is still thick. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
