Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and regain custody of his son
