History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and money/treasure
