Description: This tall, slender man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has black hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He struck the Healer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the east to a Healer, Cory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Cory has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to share knowledge with the world
