History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.
