Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Gifted from a young age, Norman studied abroad. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Adam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Sailor. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Diggory took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is greedy

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries a battered crossbow and tarnished falchion as well. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He has green eyes.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Arnold was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This late middle aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and further expansion of business
