Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bertram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.

Description: He wears a black collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
