Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shane is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his father's many stories. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
