History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
