Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hunter will drive conversation. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A 5'8" western man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
