History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Actor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
