History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
