History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, William has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, William never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
