History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
