Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the north. Robert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a tan collared shirt and red pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and sabotage a competitor
