History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mason, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Odo has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
