Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His head has been shaved. His green eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family.
