History: He was born in a small forest village. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is greasy and uncared for. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants, and carries pickaxes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears just a black suit. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His hair is golden and curly. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Chad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well
