History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bricklayer profession.

History: Born in the north to a Seamstress, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody.
