History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. Shane abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.
