Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Crown-heir but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
