Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
