History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. During his travels, Guy and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Guy discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Guy fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: Heward hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult
