History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a crush on the local mayor

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
