Personality: He is fixated on the number 100. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
