Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He lacks moral complications. History: He comes from a rich southern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sculptor for the past few years.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he's looking for his big break

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Revenge; and many illithids want him driven away
