Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in mace use. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears professional attire, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He wears a brown vest and prefers pastel and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Peter isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
