Personality: He is fixated on the number 34. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Hubert was taken on many hunting expeditions. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.
