He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Kyle is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
