History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Scribe like his father before him.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by giants. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
