Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He is renowned for his bright pastel suits and hats. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Painter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
