Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hand crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears his black hair down. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a blue shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Peter was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Peter took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He uses divination through singing.
History: Gunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
