History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. After coming to the age of reason, Anselm took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
