History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Odo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Odo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barrister. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He now owns his own business.
