Description: This malnourished man has the majority of his body covered in plate. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Theodoric was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, green shirt, and brown tie. He is portly but not overly obese. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. One day when Godfrey was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Godfrey was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in the west to a Guard, Raymond learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
