Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Aldous was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is greedy

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away
