History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
