History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.
